Born in Havana, Cuba, February 15, 1945. Admitted
to the Bar in 1974, in the State of Florida. Graduated with
a Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering from the University
of Florida, 1966; a Master's in Business Administration in 1970
and a Juris Doctorate in 1974 from the University of Miami. He
obtained a State of Florida General Contractor's License in 1971
and Board Certification in Real Estate Law, Florida Bar Board
of Legal Specialization and Education in 1990; Martindale-Hubbell
"Av" rated attorney.
